Rudyard Kipling's classic tale of Mowgli, who was raised by wolves in the jungles of India. Mowgli learns human language and some human ways rather quickly, though he always keeps his jungle ideals close to his heart.
Years later, he returns to his village and falls in love with a merchant's daughter, with whom he discovers jungle treasure. Mowgli learns that evil is everpresent in the world and tries to defeat it.
