Sitcom, 23 episodes (approx. 11 hours)
Dom DeLuise stars as Stanley Belmont, the custodian at the New York City bus company's lost-and-found department. In addition to funny incidents at his job, his home life provided one comedy event after another.
His bossy mother (Kathleen Freeman), goofy sister (Beverly Sanders) and her unemployed husband (Wynn Irwin) were joined by Stanley's best friend, Bummy Pfitzer (Jack Knight), and many surprise guests (Suzanne Somers, Harold Gould, Ruth Buzzi) to provide some of the sitcom's zaniest moments.
Carl Reiner, Bill Persky and Sam Denoff, who created the "Dick Van Dyke Show," also created "Lotsa Luck."
Lotsa Luck was based on the London Weekend TV show "On The Buses" created by Ronald Chesney and Ronald Wolfe.
